Viton Seals

For applications requiring advanced temperature or fluid compatibility, we use Viton seals (Fluoroelastomer rubber) in our cylinders to ensure superior performance.

Viton seals are recommended for use with:

• Pneumatic service 
• Petroleum oils and fluids 
• Phosphate ester fluids 
• Halogenated hydrocarbons 
• Silicone fluids

Other materials are also available should Viton prove incompatible.

Metallic Rod Scrapers

In environments where abrasive particles or self-adhering contaminants might get trapped in standard wipers, we upgrade the cylinders with a metallic scraper. This scraper features twin knife-like edges that clean the rod surface, effectively preventing harmful contaminants from reaching sensitive inner bearings and seal areas.
